Shipping and Returns
We send the tracking number into your paypal email address.
Tracking number is not updated daily, sometimes it's updated when package is delivered already.
We need some time for preparing your order. Usually we send orders in 1-3 working days,
but sometimes this time can be little longer, depending of current situation.
All packages are sent from Norwalk, Connecticut.
Based on our experience delivery time can be from a few
days up to three weeks - depending on your location.
USA shipping and handling charges: 3-10 business days USPS or Fedex Ground
Canada shipping and handling charges: approx. 3-14 business days USPS Priority Mail.
International shipping and handling charges: usually approx. 5-21 business days USPS Priority mail.
Buyer responsibility is to pay customs in his country.

If you are not happy with your QUADframe product you may return it back to the place of purchase for a full refund on the price of the product (less shipping and handling cost). This must be done within 7 days from the date of delivery, product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. We do not accept crashed or damaged parts or items that have been modified. We will repair or replace items based on our study of the product once it is returned.
QUADframe accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products.
Finally, customers must agree to the following in order to ship merchandise back to us:1) Return and shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend to insure of returned item.
3) We are NOT responsible for lost/broken packages.
4) We do NOT reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise MUST BE in its unused condition AND in its original packaging.
6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return or exchange.
7) All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
8) For international orders, return shipments are the responsibility of the customer for any warranty claims. Please use a traceable shipping method.
9) Customers returning defective items will receive either a replacement, a store credit, or a refund.
10) Returns of products in good working order will receive a refund for the price of the item only, not the shipping costs.
